  This is a Busch Stadium Give Away (SGA) from the June, 17th, 2008 game against the Kansas City Royals. The St. Louis Cardinals honored a 40 year old record and gave out this nice ceramic ticket replica honoring the record that still stands today. Bob Gibson had 17 strike outs in Game 1 of the 1968 World Series and shutout the Detroit Tigers 4-0 in a game played on October 2nd, 1968 in old Busch Stadium. This ceramic piece is nicely packaged measuring approximately 6 1/2" length by 3 1/2" width. |
