The AT&T Pioneer eShoppe believes in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all of our customers. To that end, AT&T Pioneer eShoppe has implemented security measures to protect the information we collect at our Web site. When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, their information is protected both online and off-line.
When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information
(such as credit card number and/or social security number), that information
is encrypted
and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - Secure Sockets
Layer (SSL). The order form pages hosted by Yahoo! Store are served through a
secure https connection using Stronghold secure server, currently the second
best selling secure server software, featuring 128-bit SSL v2/v3 encryption.
While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of
Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes
locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when users are just "surfing". Yahoo!
Store encypts credit card numbers when a shopper enters the credit card number
in the web browser, when it is sent to the Yahoo! Store server and finally when
it is sent from the Yahoo! Store server to us.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. In addition, it is our policy to never send your credit card number via e-mail.

What is your Return
and Exchange Policy?
Our products
are guaranteed. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your online
purchase, return it to us and we will exchange
it or refund your money. AT&T Pioneer eShoppe will fully
refund most items within 30 days of purchase. We will accept any phones in their original
boxes with all included accessories and instruction manuals, as well as unwashed
and unworn
apparel. Please include a copy of your receipt.
Returning items by mail
Follow the simple directions below to make your return or exchange by mail.
• Include all original
packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any
additional fees.
• Include the return
label (which was included in the original shipment) with your product and
indicate reason for return. We recommend items be returned
via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. We also recommend that
you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.
• You are responsible
for all freight charges. However, you will be credited all reasonable and
customary freight charges relevant to that item if product
is damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped. Please include the
postal receipt in your return package.

Why Do You Use Cookies?
AT&T Pioneer eShoppe as a Yahoo! Store uses cookies to keep track of each shopper's
shopping cart. When someone arrives at a store, we give them a unique cookie.
When they click on an Order button, we use the cookie to decide what shopping
cart to put the product into. If cookies are not used, (or some equivalent
approach like putting a tracking code in the URL for each visitor), there is
simply no way to make a shopping cart work; unless the server has some way
to tell that two clicks on the Order button are coming from the same browser,
it has no way to know that both orders should go into the same shopping cart.
Note that Yahoo! doesn't store any information in the cookies themselves.
The cookies are simply ids. Any information that shoppers enter when placing
an order is kept on our servers; the id in the cookie is merely a key. Persistent
cookies enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance
the experience on our site. You can configure your computer's browser to alert
you when a site is attempting to send you a cookie and allow you to accept
or refuse the cookie. In order to order using our site you must allow cookies.

How do you use my personal information?
We collect information from our users at several different points on our Web
site. AT&T Pioneer eShoppe is a Yahoo! Store. Yahoo! Store is a web hosting
service offering web site design and reporting tools for online merchants.
Yahoo! hosts the store pages, ordering system, and order data.
Yahoo! automatically collects order information from customers of Yahoo! Stores
for the purposes of processing that information on behalf of the merchant.
Yahoo! may only use this information in the aggregate. Yahoo! Store uses IP
address information automatically received from visitors to allow Yahoo! Store
Merchants to better understand traffic to their respective stores.
If you purchase merchandise through AT&T Pioneer eShoppe, we will gather personal
information (i.e., name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number and
credit card information), as well as information about your purchases on our
Web site. We request this information from the user on our order form. A user
must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address)
and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This
information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If
we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the
user.

How can I check the status of my order?
Orders will be shipped within one business day after checkout (pending credit card validation). We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). After you complete your order, a screen will appear stating that your order has been processed and it will provide you with an order ID number. Please note your order ID number. When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. It will contain an order number and the package tracking ID or delivery confirmation number.

How do I view my order status?
We provide Order Status via e-mails. You should get a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing an order online. This email confirms that your order was received. This email contains an Order ID which you will need when you check your order status online or if you call us.
Select ORDER STATUS from the navigation bar on the left of the page. After
signing in using your Yahoo! ID, you can view the status of individual orders.

Do you
offer a quantity discount?
We typically give
10% discount for 6 or more of the same item. On large orders, the discount
is figured differently. Depending on the quantity of the order and
the break we received from the vendor, the discount could be up to 20% since our cost is lower in larger quantities. If
you are interested in ordering a large quantity of one item, please contact
our Store Manager

Do you have an AT&T Pioneer eShoppe catalog?
The AT&T Pioneer eShoppe does not have a catalog. If you are an Employee, you may purchase our merchandise at our retail store on the 1st Floor of 1010 Pine Street in St. Louis, Missouri or by ordering online at the AT&T Pioneer eShoppe web site.

What if the merchandise is not in stock?
We will confirm that we have the items you ordered in stock at the time we process your order. You can shop with confidence that the goods you select are available for shipment. We do not process your credit card until we verify that we can fulfill your order. However, on a rare occasion, we may make an error and discover that we cannot fulfill your order for a particular item. If that happens, we will e-mail or call you within 24 hours of your checkout. We will not back order an item nor will we substitute another item in its place.
